At NanaMacs, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return process for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email address within 5-7 business days.
